Roger was certified by the United National Personal Trainers and Instructors Association in 1987, and was appointed regional training coordinator and senior examiner in 1994. Roger has logged more than 90,000 hours training men, women, and children of all ages.
Knowledge Fit to Print
Roger co-authored “The Little White Golf Exercise Book” with PGA teaching professional Jim Mrva. He has also written numerous published health and fitness articles, and has conducted hundreds of fitness and wellness seminars.
Radio Waves for Wellness
For most of the year 2000, Roger appeared 3 times weekly on WARM 101.3’s “Tony and Dee in the Morning” radio show. He provided heath and fitness tips to the greater Rochester area.
A Resource for Athletes
For several years, Roger served as the strength and flexibility coach for the St. John Fisher College Golf Team. He now trains the members of the Fairport Fire Department on a weekly basis, and is working with several other departments to keep their firefighters physically fit.
