As promised, here is a quick and tasty protein shake recipe. I’ll keep adding new recipes from time to time so check my website for additions.
2 scoops of vanilla whey protein powder
2 cups of low fat milk or soy milk
1 ½ cups of frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
Put all the ingredients (start with the liquids first) in a blender. Blend on low speed for 15 seconds then increase speed to high for another 30 seconds or until completely blended.
