Protein Shake Recipe #2

Here is another quick and tasty protein shake recipe. I’ll keep adding new recipes from time to time so check my website for additions.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana

Ingredients:

2 Scoops of chocolate whey protein powder

2 cups of water, low fat milk, soy milk, juice

4-5 ice cubes

1 tablespoon all natural peanut butter

½ medium banana

Directions:

Put all the ingredients (start with the liquids first) in a blender. Blend on low speed for 15 seconds then increase speed to high for another 30 seconds or until completely blended.
